Setup using an outdoor camping shelters from Luxe Tents, but it can also be configured for several different shelter designs. We hope this answers some questions on how to do this properly!

We attached the ridgeline grommet to the top of our tipi and used a pole for the other side. Once it's staked out it creates a huge safety area from the rain and snow. We instantly have a long hallway (that leads to our hot tipi tent with a wood stove) where we can prep gear, hang out, or even host extra friends at our campsite!
