Common questions asked about our 3W Titanium Wood Stove. This is to help properly set up your hot tent stove out of the box. This turns your winter tent into a hot tent shelter, great for cold winter weather camping!
First, is proper height of the chimney pipe. Measure and cut the pipe with scissors so the pipe is 12 to 15 inches above the peak height of your tent.
Second, make sure your damper pipe sits inside of your chimney pipe, as this allows smoke to channel properly up the chimney pipe.
Third, before using your titanium wood stove in the backcountry, you’ll need to burn in your stove outside to remove factory oils and prepare it for use inside your shelter.
