We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $50.00. All items will ship via USPS, with no special shipping rates. We try to utilize the Priority Shipping method whenever possible. This usually means 1 - 3 business days shipping time (based upon weight and location). Some larger orders may alter this rule.
Our shipping rates are set based upon weight and box size, you are responsible to pay all duty fees. All items will ship via USPS, then get forwarded to Canada Post. All items will ship via USPS, then get forwarded to a local carrier (Iceland, Greenland, Central America, South America, Europe and almost all over the world). We try to utilize the Priority Shipping method whenever possible. This usually means up to 2 weeks or greater shipping time (based upon weight and location). Some larger orders may alter this rule. Tracking numbers will only work until the package reaches the US border.
Pre-Order Payment and Shipping
Pre-Order payments will be charged in the first 7 days the order was received. Customer will be notified once the package arrives to carrier for shipment. Full refunds are not applicable for pre-order items, if it falls under our policies. Be sure to review our Terms and Conditions.
The estimated shipping date for Pre-Order Products will stated on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and we do not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Luxe Hiking Gear LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (never used outside) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Tents and outdoor gear that have been used outside (in any form). Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
All order cancellations there is a non-refundable restocking fee of $8.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or manufacture damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 66 Quinault Washington US 98575.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
